Singapore Grand Prix, 11 October: does the driver on pole win the race?

Pole as the FIA’s final starting grid shows it — a grid penalty after qualifying moves the pole to whoever starts first. The winner is the classified first place in the official race result, after any post-race penalties. If the race is not held on 11 October, the question is voided and every call is released.
